The type of personal information I collect

I currently collect and process the following information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details).

• Customer financial information when purchasing an item.

• Website user statistics, including but not limited to traffic, click-through rate and page views. This will not include specific identifiers of individuals, but will aggregate information about, for example, how you use a web feature, or the demographic of users.

• Non-personal details about your Website interactions, including but not limited to the full Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), clickstream to, through and from our Website (including date and time), items you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs) or methods used to browse away from the page.

• Customer orders, purchases and rates of purchase

• Technical information, including your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.

How I get the personal information and why I have it

Most of the personal information I process is provided directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To create an account in order to make and track a purchase

• To purchase a product

• To enable me to deliver a product to your home

• To contact us (our contact form requires your details so that I can respond to your query) 

 

I also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Automated technologies or interactions, as you navigate through the Website. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

 

I use the information that you have given us in order to:

• Create your account

• Process your order

• Ship your order

• For inventory purposes and management of sales

• For quality control, for example to track website and software issues and ensure smooth running of the site

• For marketing purposes, for example tracking popular products and creating a fluid customer journey on the site

 

How I store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on my database. 

 

I keep your financial, personal and statistical information for up to three months. Financial and personal information will be kept for up to three months upon shipping of the item. Personal information pertaining to an existing account will be deleted within three months of the account being permanently deleted. I will then dispose of your information by permanently deleting your data from my system.
